These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

3. Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images are illustrative.

Ingredient lists and usage directions are provided on the product packaging. Please read them before use.

4. Cosmetic products — important

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

We recommend patch-testing on a small area of skin before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a skin condition, or are using prescription skincare, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with the eyes.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel, our returns process and how refunds are issued are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for losses arising from your failure to follow the product's usage directions or warnings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. As an EU consumer you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
